Data Breach and Security Risks: While we employ best practices for security, Aunty Ji is not liable for damages or losses from data breaches, hacks, or other security incidents.

Virus Protection and DDOS Protection: While we take all reasonable security precautions, we cannot guarantee that our services will be free of viruses or immune to DDOS attacks. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices when accessing the platform.

Liability for Data Removal Post-Payment: In cases where user data or profiles are removed following a payment, Aunty Ji is not responsible for any inconvenience, and no refunds will be issued. 5. User Suspension and Termination

Account Suspension: Aunty Ji reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts due to Terms violations. Suspended users are removed from the platform without refund entitlement.

Tax Documentation: Matchmakers or other users receiving payouts beyond certain thresholds are required to provide tax documentation in accordance with their local laws and regulations.

When you choose to log in through these services, the following applies: Information Collected: We may collect your name, email address, profile picture, and other publicly available data from the provider’s account, subject to the permissions you grant.
